How it Works

We’ve crafted a straightforward 6-step plan for seamless guidance. Our process guarantees efficiency as we collaborate to fulfill your accounting requirements.

STEP 1: DEMONSTRATION

  • Discuss your requirements with the ASN team.
  • Share a copy of your accounting file with ASN team for analysis.

STEP 2: Data Analysis

  • We will assign a dedicated CPA to analyze your accounting file.
  • We will share our proposal with different service options you may choose from.
  • You review their proposal for questions or adjustments.
  • You select your service and accept the agreement.

STEP 3: Getting Ready

  • Our team initiates the process of setting up your file and making necessary preparations.
  • The Implementation Manager will make contact to schedule the initial onboarding call to get you started.

STEP 4: set in Motion

  • Arrange ‘Getting Started’ conference call with ASN’s implementation team.
  • Discuss team roles and communication protocols.
  • Discuss specifics of key accounting processes including Sales, AR, AP, Inventory Expenses, Cash and Payroll.

STEP 5: System set-up

  • Develop Client Procedures Manual (CPM).
  • Commence the daily workflow processing.

STEP 6: Implementation

  • ASN team will get access to accounting software.
  • Organize the chart of accounts.
  • Walkthrough major accounts in the accounting system.
  • Establish view only access to bank accounts and credit card accounts.
  • Secure access to payroll accounts.
  • Clear backlog for pending tasks from prior periods, if required.
